IMPORTANT: Due to the size of this event, housing in Galveston fills up very quickly. Because of this, we need to know as soon as possible if you are planning to attend and stay with our group.
Even if you plan to arrange your own accommodations, please let us know if you will be coming. You are always welcome to secure your own lodging if you prefer — we just need an accurate headcount.
